Sri Lanka has asked the International Monetary Fund for an additional 200 million dollars, to help rebuild after Cyclone Ditwah.
The country suffered a level of death and destruction not seen since the 2004 Tsunami - and it's still assessing the full cost.
With crops destroyed and devastating livestock losses - food prices have skyrocketed.
